The addition of Premier Pneumatics, Inc. to the K-Tron Process Group in October 2006 enabled both K-Tron and Premier to offer worldwide customers, integrated pneumatic conveying and feeding systems with engineering, manufacturing, commissioning and after-sale services from a single source, a benefit that is not widely available today.

No two processes are the same, and K-Tron Process Group offers the widest range of material handling solutions in the industry. All volumetric feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, weigh belt feeders, flow meters, and pneumatic conveying systems are offered in a variety of configurations. Volumetric and loss-in-weight feeders are available in single and twin screw configurations or as vibratory trays and liquid or solids pumps. Weigh belt feeders come in multiple sizes in open or closed frame configurations. Flow meters are available in multiple sizes with or without prefeed devices.

Premier Pneumatics vacuum sequencing applications include dilute phase for continuous and batch conveying applications. Conveyors specialized for direct loss-in-weight refill are available in addition to low velocity dense phase conveying for fragile and premixed materials. From pick-up spike to piping to receivers and vacuum pumps, Premier offersa wide range of equipment for pneumatic conveying needs.
